    HOLSTER CONCEPTS (HC)

    This course is our entry level pistol course and will enable the novice handgun shooter to draw and re-holster, handle a pistol and shoot in a safe and efficient manner. We believe that like a house needs a solid foundation, shooters need to start with firm fundamentals.

    Master the fundamentals of pistol marksmanship and manipulations to enhance your performance capabilities during this course. The intensive two-day program is designed for experienced civilian shooters looking to improve their skills and bring their performance to the next level.

    PISTOL MOUNTED OPTICS (PMO)

    Interested in mounting an optic to your pistol or have you already done so and not as comfortable with it as you expected? This course will leave you confident in handguns equipped with optics and help you understand the science and physiology behind the technology.

    Have you ever wondered what you would do if someone was injured and experienced life-threatening bleeding? Learn what to do and how to do it effectively with our half-day Stop The Bleed Plus program. This course enhances the training created by the American College of Surgeons and will leave the student confident during such emergencies.

    TACTICAL PISTOL CONCEPTS (TPC)

This intensive program is designed for experienced shooters looking to elevate their skills and develop their mindset while encouraging realistic solutions in a competitive environment.

    TACTICAL RIFLE CONCEPTS (TRC)

    Designed specifically for law enforcement professionals, this course develops the skills and mindset necessary to confidently employ the carbine in dynamic, real-world environments. This intensive program emphasizes safety, accuracy, efficiency, and tactical decision-making under pressure.

    PISTOL MOUNTED OPTICS (PMO) USER

    This course introduces law enforcement officers to the effective deployment of this technology for duty and tactical applications. Participants will learn the fundamentals of presentation, dot acquisition, offset management and target focus in order to make better decisions under duress and enhance situational awareness.

    This program prepares law enforcement instructors to teach and evaluate the effective use of optics for duty applications. The science behind the technology will be explored at depth and will include optic function and selection, zeroing procedures, maintenance and optic failure management procedures; all from the student and instructor perspectives.

    CONCEALED CARRY CONCEPTS (CCC)

    This course will introduce concepts that enhance the safety of experienced law enforcement officers as it relates to working in non-traditional policing roles that require carrying a concealed handgun. Our cadre have worked a variety of covert roles and bring unique perspectives to plainclothes, surveillance and undercover operations and the training required to make the officer successful in realistic applications.

    CONCEALED CARRY CONCEPTS (CCC) INSTRUCTOR

    Designed for law enforcement professionals to instruct their personnel in concealed carry tactics and the unique considerations behind this role. This course emphasizes safety and compliance within the law and non-traditional policing environments; including holster selection, garment mitigation, drawing techniques and cover to overt transitions and best practices.

    SCENARIO BASED TRAINING (SBT) INSTRUCTOR

    This course will challenge the current modalities of scenario-based training where students will learn to design, deliver and evaluate effective training in various non-lethal environments; from role player coordination to force option integration and after-action reports. Participants learn to create scalable, realistic and objective-driven scenarios that enhance communication and decision making under stressful conditions with safety as the overall priority.

    FIREARMS INSTRUCTOR PROGRAM (FIP)

    This comprehensive course prepares law enforcement professionals to teach, evaluate, and qualify their officers in safe and effective use of firearms. Participants dive into adult-learning techniques and delivery in relation to fundamentals, safety protocols, curriculum design, performance evaluations and diagnostic coaching skills.

    Advanced Instructor Development (AID)

    Created for those seeking to enhance their instructional effectiveness with a blend of didactic and kinetic learning techniques; participants will refine their abilities to design, deliver and evaluate various training modalities within the realm of practical application. Adult learning principles, material deliverance and demonstration combined with realistic application, will allow for proper scenario facilitation in order to enhance success.

    POLICE CASUALTY CARE CONCEPTS (PC3) USER

    This course adapts Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) for law enforcement, addressing gaps in conventional first aid training for police officers. Instruction will cover how to manage severe bleeding, airway injuries, and other critical interventions that will improve transitional capabilities to medical personnel via scenario based training tailored to life threatening injuries.

    POLICE CASUALTY CARE (PC3) INSTRUCTOR

    Designed for educating instructors responsible for Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and explain the science and applications behind managing severe bleeding, airway injuries and other critical interventions. From equipment selection and didactic training methods to scenario-based applications and repetitions, this course will give instructors the skills to deliver these valuable materials to their membership with confidence and understanding.

    BASIC TACTICAL OPERATOR COURSE (BTOC)

    This physically and mentally intensive course is designed to prepare tactical officers for the complex requirements of their responsibilities and new areas of operations. Foundational skills such as small arms, room clearing (CQB), movement and communication along with decision making under stress are all explored at depth and under stress in a team-focused and controlled environment.
